What I think this quote means is if you do something bad , then you can't feel good about it. If you lie to your mom about something, you can't feel good about it because that is wrong. Keeping secrets behind peoples back is wrong and you would not feel good about it at all. When you do good, you'll feel really good. Helping someone out when they need help or volunteering to help your community. People don't like it when they feel bad because you know it doesn't feel right. When people choose the wrong , they rethink about what they did. If you do something wrong, you know you should have done something right and regret doing that. This is why you make sure and do the right thing and always feel good. When you do good , you feel good . When you do bad , you feel bad.
