Duties and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of tasks to assist the optometrist in eye examinations.

Salary: $22,260 USD

Education: Should at least have your high school diploma and common courses that help you prepare to be an optometrist.

Demand or Need for this profession: There is a high need for more optometry technicians because the optometrist wouldn’t get anything done without an assistant

Reflection: I think I wouldn’t like being one because i would probably want to be the boss optometrist instead.
